توضح هذه الصفحة شروط الاستخدام وكيفية التعامل مع البيانات في موقع Rayza Technology، وتطبيق دعاء العهد، وبوت التحميل Rayza Media وبوت التواصل Rayza Support. يدير هذه الخدمات Mohammed Reza. تختلف البيانات بحسب الخدمة التي تختار استخدامها؛ ولا يعني زيارة الموقع إنشاء حساب في التطبيق أو الاشتراك في أي بوت.

This page explains use and data handling for the Rayza Technology website, Dua al-Ahd, Rayza Media downloader and Rayza Support bot, operated by Mohammed Reza. Data differs by service. Visiting the website does not create an app account or subscribe you to a bot.

تنطبق شروط الاستخدام على هذه الخدمات، إلى جانب شروط المنصات التي تشغّلها. أي خدمة أخرى أو ميزة جديدة لها معالجة مختلفة للبيانات تحتاج إلى توضيح خاص بها. موقع موالي الصغير وخدماته متوقفة حالياً للصيانة والتطوير.

These terms apply alongside the rules of the platforms providing the services. Other services or new features with different data handling require their own notice. Mowali Al-Sagheer and its services are currently closed for maintenance and development.

الاستخدام دون حسابUse without an account

تسجيل الدخول اختياري. عند اختيار «تخطي»، يُستخدم التطبيق دون حساب وتُحفظ المعلومات الشخصية وأيام القراءة والإعدادات على هذا الجهاز. لا تُرفع معلومات استمارة الضيف أو سجلات قراءته إلى حساب سحابي، ولا يظهر الضيف في قائمة حسابات الإدارة. ملف المعلومات ونسخة الضيف المحلية مشفّران بمفتاح Android Keystore. تبقى خدمات المحتوى والتقويم والإشعارات والاتصالات التقنية الموضحة بهذه السياسة متاحة. مسح بيانات Android أو حذف التطبيق يزيل النسخة المحلية؛ الاسترجاع على جهاز آخر يحتاج اختيار حساب موثّق ومزامنة البيانات قبل فقد الجهاز. تسجيل الحساب بالبريد لا يفتح جلسة الحساب أو المزامنة قبل تأكيد رابط التحقق.

Sign-in is optional. Choosing Skip uses the app without an account and saves your profile, reading days and preferences on this device. Guest form details and reading history are not uploaded to a cloud account, and guests are not listed in administration accounts. The local profile and guest snapshot use Android Keystore encryption. Content, calendar, notification and technical network services described here remain available. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling removes local records; restoration on another device requires a verified account and synchronization before the device is lost. Email account access and synchronization require email-link verification.

يمكنك اختيار صورة شخصية اختيارية من منتقي الصور في الهاتف. يتيح المنتقي الوصول إلى الصورة التي تختارها فقط، دون منح التطبيق وصولاً شاملاً إلى الاستديو. تُحفظ نسخة JPEG صغيرة داخل الملف الشخصي المشفّر على الجهاز، وتُزال معلومات الصورة الأصلية مثل بيانات الموقع. عند استخدام حساب مسجّل، تُزامن الصورة مع ملفك الخاص في Firebase Cloud Firestore عبر اتصال HTTPS؛ أما المتابعة دون حساب فتحفظها محلياً. الصورة لا تظهر في قائمة عامة ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات. يمكنك تغييرها أو إزالتها من «بياناتي»؛ ويصل التغيير إلى حسابك عند نجاح المزامنة. حذف الحساب يشمل الصورة السحابية والنسخة المحلية على الجهاز الذي نفّذ الحذف، وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية معزولة إلى انتهاء الاحتفاظ التشغيلي.

You may optionally select a profile photo using the system image picker. The picker grants access only to the image you choose, not your entire gallery. A small JPEG copy is stored with your encrypted profile on the device; original image metadata such as location is removed. When signed in, the photo is synchronized with your private Firebase Cloud Firestore profile over HTTPS; without an account it stays local. The photo is not published in a public directory or used for advertising. Change or remove it in My details; the change reaches your account when synchronization succeeds. Account deletion includes the cloud photo and the local copy on the device performing deletion. Isolated operational backups may remain until their retention period ends.

يتيح الإصدار 1.0.58 تسجيل الدخول الاختياري بالبريد أو Google عبر Firebase Authentication. يتولى Firebase معالجة البريد وبيانات تسجيل الدخول والتحقق واستعادة كلمة المرور؛ لا نخزّن كلمة مرورك على خادم التطبيق. يزامن حسابك الاسم والدولة المختارة وعدادات وسجلات القراءة والإنجازات واللغة والمظهر ووقت التذكير. تُحفظ البيانات السحابية في Firebase Cloud Firestore وتُتاح عبر خدمة التطبيق بعد التحقق من حسابك. هذه السجلات تتعلق باستخدام محتوى ديني؛ ولا تُنشر في قائمة عامة للمستخدمين.

Version 1.0.58 offers optional email or Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Firebase handles email, authentication, verification and password reset; our application server does not store your password. Your account synchronizes your name, selected country, reading counters/history, achievements, language, appearance and reminder preferences. Cloud records are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore and accessed through our service after account verification. Reading records relate to religious content and are not published in a public user directory.

تبقى نسخة من معلوماتك وتقدّمك على الجهاز. يُشفّر الملف الشخصي ونسخ الحساب المحلية باستخدام AES-GCM ومفتاح Android Keystore. تبقى بعض إعدادات التطبيق والعدادات في مساحة Android الخاصة بالتطبيق؛ لا نزعم تشفير كل ملف. تستخدم الاتصالات HTTPS. يسترجع التحديث بيانات الحساب نفسه والنسخ المتاحة دون تضمين معلومات الآخرين في ملف التطبيق. لا يمكن استرجاع بيانات حُذفت ولا توجد لها نسخة. يستطيع مسؤول الخدمة المخوّل الاطلاع على الملفات والعدادات وآخر مزامنة والنشاط المرتبط بالحساب، وتصحيح العداد عند الحاجة. تُرسل معلومات تقنية مرتبطة بالحساب تشمل نوع الجهاز وطرازه وإصدار Android والتطبيق وآخر اتصال، دون رقم تسلسلي أو معرّف إعلاني. قد تُرسل المنطقة الزمنية كفرق بالدقائق لتنفيذ التعديل وفق يوم المستخدم؛ وهي ليست موقعاً جغرافياً.

A local copy remains on your device. The profile and per-account local snapshots use AES-GCM encryption with an Android Keystore key. Some counters and preferences remain in Android private app storage; we do not claim every file is encrypted. Connections use HTTPS. Updates restore only the signed-in account and available backups, without packaging other users’ data. Deleted data without a remaining copy cannot be recovered. Authorized administrators can inspect account details, counters, last synchronization and linked activity, and correct counters when needed. Account-linked technical information includes device manufacturer/model, Android/app version and last contact, without a serial number or advertising identifier. A timezone offset in minutes may be sent to apply changes on the user’s local date; it is not geographical location.

الإشعارات والتقويم والإعلانات العامةNotifications, calendar and general announcements

يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات العامة، وFirebase App Check وPlay Integrity لإشارات سلامة التطبيق والجهاز. تعالج Google معرّفات التثبيت والإشعارات وبيانات تقنية. تُرسل معلومات المنصة والإصدار ورمز الإشعارات عبر HTTPS؛ تحفظ خدمة التطبيق بصمة SHA-256 للرمز ووقت التسجيل وآخر اتصال تقني، وليس الرمز الأصلي لهذا الغرض. يجلب التطبيق التقويم والمحتوى والإعلانات عند الاتصال؛ وقد يحدث التقويم في الخلفية وفق قيود Android والإنترنت. يستطيع مسؤول الخدمة نشر إعلان عام بصورة فقط وفترة عرض محددة؛ يُغلق العرض الكامل تلقائياً بعد المدة المحددة من الإدارة، بين 5 و120 ثانية ويمكن إغلاقه فوراً. لا توجد شبكة إعلانات خارجية أو استهداف شخصي أو بيع للبيانات.

Firebase Cloud Messaging provides general push notifications. Firebase App Check and Play Integrity process app/device integrity signals. Google processes installation/notification identifiers and technical information. Platform, version and notification token are sent over HTTPS; our service retains a SHA-256 token digest and registration/last technical contact times rather than the original token for this purpose. Calendar, content and announcements are fetched when connected; background calendar updates depend on Android restrictions and connectivity. Administrators can publish general image-only announcements with a scheduled period. Fullscreen announcements close automatically after the configured duration (5–120 seconds) and can be closed immediately. There is no third-party ad network, personal targeting or sale of data.

يمكن رفض إذن الإشعارات مع بقاء القراءة والتقويم متاحين. قد يحتاج التذكير الدقيق إلى سماح التنبيهات الدقيقة وفق إصدار Android. لا نطلب GPS أو جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون. تُرسل إحداثيات المدينة المختارة يدوياً إلى Aladhan لجلب وقت الفجر؛ لا تمثل موقع الهاتف الدقيق. قد تعالج خدمات الشبكة والاستضافة عناوين IP وسجلات الاتصال والأخطاء والحماية، وقد تعالج الخدمات البيانات خارج بلدك. تخضع Google وFirebase وAladhan لسياسات كل مزوّد.

You may deny notification permission while retaining reading/calendar access. Exact reminders may need alarm permission depending on Android. We do not request GPS, contacts, camera or microphone. Aladhan receives coordinates of your manually selected city for dawn times, not precise device location. Network/hosting services may process IP addresses and connection, error and security logs; providers may process data outside your country. Google, Firebase and Aladhan apply their own policies.

الشهادات والتحكم والحذفCertificates, control and deletion

يحفظ اختيار حفظ الشهادة صورة PNG باسم المستلم وتاريخ الإتمام في Pictures/Dua Al-Ahd ويفتح عارض الصور بإذن مؤقت للصورة فقط. لا نقرأ مكتبة صورك. يُطلب إذن الكتابة عند الحفظ فقط في Android 7 إلى 9؛ لا يلزم للحفظ في الإصدارات الأحدث. قد تنسخ خدمة صورك الاحتياطية الصورة خارج الهاتف. يمكنك تعديل الملف والإعدادات والعدادات من التطبيق. لحذف الحساب استخدم الإعدادات ← الحساب والمزامنة ← حذف الحساب، مع إعادة تأكيد الهوية. يشمل الحذف حساب Firebase والملف السحابي ونسخ القراءة وسجل القائمة والنشاط المرتبط بالحساب، ويُمسح الملف والتقدّم المحليان على الجهاز الذي نفّذ الحذف. امسح البيانات المخزنة على أجهزتك الأخرى وصور الاستديو بنفسك. حذف التطبيق وحده لا يحذف الحساب السحابي. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية معزولة ومحمية لدى المزوّد أو الخدمة إلى حين انتهاء الاحتفاظ التشغيلي، ولا تُستخدم للمزامنة اليومية. يحتفظ الخادم التشغيلي بالنشاط اليومي لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يوماً وبسجل إداري مختصر للحماية. دون فتح التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف من بريد الحساب إلى MohammedReza@rayzatech.site؛ لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق.

Saving a certificate creates a PNG with the recipient name and completion date in Pictures/Dua Al-Ahd, then opens a viewer with temporary access to that image only. We do not read your photo library. Storage write permission is requested only on Android 7–9 when saving; newer versions do not require it. Your photo backup service may sync the image. Edit your profile, preferences and counters in the app. Delete your account in Settings → Account and synchronization → Delete account, with identity re-verification. Deletion covers Firebase authentication, cloud profile, reading backups, legacy ranking and linked activity, and clears profile/progress on the device performing deletion. Clear other devices’ cached data and exported gallery images separately. Uninstalling alone does not delete the cloud account. Isolated protected provider/service backups may remain until operational retention ends and are not used for daily synchronization. Detailed activity in the active server database is retained for up to 90 days, with a minimal administrative security log. Without the app, email a deletion request from your registered address to MohammedReza@rayzatech.site. Never send passwords or verification codes.

تقارير الأعطال التقنيةTechnical error reports

Automatic technical error reporting is disclosed in the profile screen, update explanation and settings. You can disable sharing under Error reports; existing saved preferences are respected. Reports include an error code and area, app version, device manufacturer/model, Android version and API level. Raw exceptions, passwords, tokens, screenshots, reading content, precise location and device identifiers are excluded. Including your chosen name and country requires separate consent for that account. Up to ten unsent reports are encrypted on the device and removed when sharing is disabled. Reports are encrypted on the service, accessible only to authenticated administrators, and retained for no more than 30 days. Account deletion removes linked reports from active storage; anonymous technical reports are not tied to an account. The app does not detect screenshots or send secret screenshot notifications. Reporting requires no photo, location or contact permission.

رسائل الإدارة والروابط والتقييمAdministrative messages, links and reviews

في الإصدار 1.0.72 وما بعده لا يُحجب دخول التطبيق لفحص تحديث متجر Play، ولا تظهر رسالة الاعتذار القديمة تلقائياً. يمكن للإدارة نشر رسالة اختيارية تظهر مرة على الجهاز، أو صورة إعلان مع رابط HTTPS اختياري لا يُفتح إلا عندما تضغط الصورة. يفتح الرابط في التطبيق أو المتصفح الذي يختاره النظام، وتطبّق سياسة الجهة الخارجية عند الانتقال إليها. قد يعرض Google Play طلب تقييم اختياري بعد استخدام التطبيق؛ لا نقرأ تقييمك ولا نرسله تلقائياً. لا يوجد قسم إشعارات داخل هذه النسخة؛ تبقى إشعارات الهاتف والتذكيرات متاحة حسب إعداداتك.

Version 1.0.72 and later does not block entry to check for a Play update or automatically show the previous apology. Administrators may publish an optional once-per-device message or an image announcement with an optional HTTPS link, opened only when you tap it. Links open through the system browser or app and the destination provider's policy applies. Google Play may show an optional review request after use; we do not read your rating or submit it automatically. This version removes the in-app notification section while retaining system notifications and scheduled reminders.

يمكن تعديل الحساب وحذفه من شاشة المعلومات الشخصية. يستطيع المسؤول المخوّل تصحيح الاسم والدولة والعدادات، ويظهر مصدر آخر تغيير في اللوحة. حذف الحساب يزيل حساب Firebase والملفات السحابية والنشاط والتقارير المرتبطة به من الخدمة النشطة، مع الاحتفاظ بحاجز أمني مختصر بمعرّف الحساب لمنع طلب قديم من إعادة إنشاء بياناته. لا يحتوي هذا الحاجز الاسم أو البريد أو الصورة أو سجل القراءة. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية معزولة ومحمية إلى حين انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ التشغيلي؛ لا تُستخدم للمزامنة اليومية.

Account editing and deletion are available on the personal information screen. Authorized administrators may correct names, countries and counters; the control panel records the source of the latest change. Deletion removes Firebase authentication, active cloud records, activity and linked reports. A minimal account-ID security barrier remains to stop old requests recreating deleted records; it contains no name, email, image or reading history. Isolated protected operational backups may remain until their retention period expires and are not used for daily synchronization.

الرسائل الخاصة والتقارير التقنيةAccount messages and technical reporting

يمكن للإدارة المخوّلة إرسال رسالة خاصة للحساب الموثّق؛ تُحفظ الرسالة مشفّرة في الخادم إلى أن يؤكد المستخدم الاطلاع، ويُحفظ وقت التأكيد. تظهر الرسائل عند الاتصال بالتطبيق. قد تُظهر الخدمة سبب تقييد الحساب لصاحبه بعد التحقق من توقيع الجلسة؛ لا يمنح ذلك الوصول إلى بيانات الحساب أو المزامنة بعد الحظر. تُحذف رسائل الحساب عند حذفه من الخدمة النشطة، وينتهي احتفاظ الرسائل المقروءة بعد ٩٠ يوماً.

في الإصدار 1.0.73 أُزيلت واجهة الإرسال اليدوي وخيارات التقارير من استمارة المعلومات والإعدادات. تُرسل التقارير التقنية تلقائياً عند وقوع خطأ، مثل نوع الخطأ وإصدار التطبيق وطراز الجهاز ونظام Android وإطارات برمجية منقّحة، مع استبعاد كلمات المرور ورموز الدخول ونصوص المعلومات الشخصية. تبقى اختيارات التعطيل أو الموافقة الشخصية الصريحة المحفوظة من الإصدارات السابقة نافذة؛ لا يغيّر التحديث تلك الاختيارات. لا تشمل التقارير صور الشاشة أو نشاط التقاطها. مدة الاحتفاظ بالتقارير ٣٠ يوماً.

لتحسين تسليم الإشعارات يبلّغ التطبيق حالة إذن الإشعارات والاشتراك لخدمة الإشعارات مع الإصدار وآخر اتصال، تحت بصمة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد من رمز FCM؛ لا نحتفظ بالرمز الخام ولا نربط هذا السجل باسم الشخص. قرار الإذن يبقى بيد المستخدم ونظام Android. التواصل الرسمي عبر قناة دعاء العهد أو البريد الموضّح في التطبيق والسياسة.

Authorized administrators can send encrypted private messages to a verified account and record its acknowledgement time. Messages arrive when the app connects. A restricted session may receive its own restriction explanation after signature validation; this never authorizes account data access. Account deletion purges active messages, and read messages expire after 90 days. Version 1.0.73 removes manual report controls. Automatic technical diagnostics include sanitized error classifications, app version and Android model/version, without passwords, tokens, personal text or screenshot collection. Previously saved opt-outs and explicit personal-report choices remain unchanged. Reports expire after 30 days. Notification permission and topic registration health are reported with a one-way FCM-token fingerprint, app version and last connection; raw tokens and names are not stored in this registration record. Notification permission remains controlled by the user and Android.

عندما تراسل البوتWhen you message a bot

يستقبل البوت ما ترسله إليه من رسائل وروابط وملفات، مع معرّف حسابك الرقمي والاسم واسم المستخدم واللغة إذا أتاحتها تيليجرام. وقد تتاح صورة ملفك العامة وفق إعدادات المنصة. هذه الصلاحيات لا تعني أن البوت يستطيع تصفّح هاتفك أو قراءة جميع محادثاتك.

A bot receives messages, links and files you send it, together with your numeric user ID, name, username and language when provided by Telegram. Public profile photos may also be available under platform settings. This does not give a bot general access to your phone or all your chats.

داخل المجموعات والقنواتGroups and channels

يعتمد وصول البوت في المجموعة على وضع الخصوصية وصلاحياته. مع وضع الخصوصية يرى عادةً الأوامر والردود والتفاعلات الموجّهة إليه؛ وإذا كان مشرفاً أو عُطّل هذا الوضع فقد يستقبل نطاقاً أوسع من الرسائل. وقد يستقبل منشورات القنوات المضاف إليها. يمكنك مراجعة وضع الخصوصية والصلاحيات من معلومات المجموعة.

Group access depends on privacy mode and permissions. With privacy mode, bots generally receive relevant commands, replies and interactions. Administrators or bots with privacy mode disabled may receive a wider range of messages. Bots can also receive posts from channels they belong to. Review their permissions in group information.

ما لا يصل تلقائياًWhat is not automatically shared

بدء البوت لا يمنحه رقم هاتفك أو موقعك الدقيق أو جهات اتصالك؛ قد تصله معلومات تشاركها بنفسك. الروابط الخارجية والتطبيقات المصغّرة تستطيع استقبال بيانات الاتصال مثل عنوان IP عند فتحها. وربط بوت بحساب أعمال قد يمنحه وصولاً إضافياً إلى المحادثات التي تفوّضه لإدارتها. محادثة البوت العادية ليست محادثة سرية مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف؛ لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز دخول.

Starting a bot does not automatically share your phone number, precise location or contacts; information you explicitly send can reach it. External websites and mini apps may receive your IP address when opened. A bot connected to a Business account can gain access to chats you authorise it to manage. Ordinary bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted secret chats. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

بوت التواصل — Rayza SupportRayza Support contact bot

رسالتك ومرفقاتها تُنسخ إلى المشرف ليقرأها ويرد عليك، ويصل معها اسمك واسم المستخدم ومعرّف حسابك. تُحفظ اللغة المختارة وخريطة تربط رسائل الدعم بحسابك لتوصيل الردود. قد تبقى نسخة من الرسالة في محادثة الدعم على تيليجرام؛ لذلك لا تُعامل هذه المحادثة بوصفها مجهولة الهوية.

Your message and attachments are copied to the administrator for review and reply, together with your name, username and user ID. Your language and a mapping between support messages and your account are stored to route replies. Copies can remain in the Telegram support chat; this is not an anonymous conversation.

بوت التحميل — Rayza MediaRayza Media downloader

يُحفظ معرّف المستخدم واسمه واسم المستخدم واللغة وأوقات أول وآخر استخدام وعدّاد التنزيلات وحالة الحظر. ويُسجّل نوع الطلب ومنصّته ووقته ونجاحه أو فشله لأغراض التشغيل والإحصاء ومنع الإساءة. تُعالج الروابط والوسائط التي ترسلها لإتمام الطلب، وقد تتصل الخدمة بمنصّة المصدر لجلب المحتوى.

Stored records include user ID, name, username, language, first and last use, download count and restriction status. Request type, platform, time and success or failure are recorded for operation, statistics and abuse prevention. Submitted links and media are processed to fulfil requests, including contact with the source platform.

تُزال ملفات العمل المؤقتة في مسار تنظيف الطلب. وتوجد ذاكرة مؤقتة تتضمن بصمة الرابط ومعرّف ملف تيليجرام ونوعه وعنوانه وتاريخ إنشائه، مع تنظيف دوري للسجلات الأقدم من سبعة أيام. هذه المدة تخص ذاكرة الملفات المؤقتة، ولا تعني حذف سجل المستخدم أو نسخ تيليجرام بعد سبعة أيام.

Temporary working files are removed by request cleanup. A cache stores a URL fingerprint, Telegram file ID, media type, title and creation time; a periodic job removes cache records older than seven days. This applies to the cache, not to user records or copies held by Telegram.

محادثات البوتات ولوحة المالكBot conversations and the owner dashboard

ابتداءً من تفعيل لوحة المحادثات، تُحفظ الرسائل الخاصة الجديدة الواردة إلى بوتات التحميل والباركود والتواصل وردودها لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوماً في السجل التشغيلي. يشمل ذلك النص والتعليق ومعرّف الرسالة ووقتها ونوع المرفق، ومعرّف الصورة لدى تيليجرام لعرضها عند الطلب. يستطيع المالك الاطّلاع على السجل والرد بالنصوص والصور وإدارة الوصول. يُحفظ رقم الهاتف فقط عند مشاركة جهة اتصال مرتبطة بحساب مُرسلها؛ لا يُجلب الهاتف تلقائياً. لا تشمل هذه اللوحة بوت الأخبار.

From activation of the conversation dashboard, new private messages to the download, QR and support bots and their replies are retained in the operational conversation log for up to 90 days. This includes text, captions, message IDs, timestamps, attachment types and Telegram photo identifiers used to retrieve images on demand. The owner can review conversations, reply with text or photos and manage access. A phone number is stored only when a contact belonging to its sender is shared; numbers are not retrieved automatically. This dashboard excludes the news bot.

Photos uploaded by the owner are held temporarily until their send job finishes or is cancelled, then removed from the queue. Administrative message texts and delivery results may remain in job records; copies may also remain in Telegram and backups. Blocking a bot does not automatically request record deletion. You can request deletion through the contact options below.

A manual language choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes it. Browsing requires no account, and this interface does not use advertising trackers.

إذا لم يكن لديك اختيار محفوظ، يطلب المتصفح تحديد بلد الاتصال من خدمة Country لاختيار العربية أو الإنكليزية. يتلقّى مزوّد الخدمة عنوان IP بحكم الاتصال به؛ لا يطلب الموقع موقع GPS ولا يحفظ نتيجة هذا الطلب في حساب شخصي. إذا تعذّر تحديد البلد، تُستخدم لغة المتصفح. وقد تنشأ لدى الاستضافة سجلات اتصال وأخطاء تقنية عند الزيارة.

Without a saved preference, your browser contacts Country to identify the connection country and choose Arabic or English. The provider receives your IP address as part of that connection. The site does not request GPS location or save the result in a personal account. Browser language is the fallback. Hosting may also produce connection and error logs.

تُستخدم البيانات لتقديم الميزات المطلوبة وحفظ الإعدادات والتقدّم وإيصال الإشعارات والردود وتشخيص الأعطال والحماية. تشمل خدمة دعاء العهد تسجيل الدخول ومزامنة الحساب في الإصدار 1.0.58. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها للتسويق الموجّه.

Data supports requested features, progress, preferences, notifications, replies, troubleshooting and security. Dua Al-Ahd 1.0.58 includes sign-in and account synchronization. We do not sell data or share it for targeted marketing.

تعالج Google Firebase حسابات دعاء العهد وبياناتها السحابية والإشعارات والتحقق التقني من التطبيق. تعالج Aladhan طلب وقت الفجر، وTelegram بيانات البوتات والمراسلات، وCountry طلب بلد الاتصال للموقع. وتعالج جهات الاستضافة والبريد ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة والتواصل. لكل مزوّد سياسته، وقد تتم المعالجة خارج بلدك. قد نكشف معلومات لازمة استجابةً لطلب قانوني ملزم أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة وفق القانون.

Google Firebase handles Dua Al-Ahd accounts and cloud records, notifications and app integrity signals. Aladhan processes prayer-time requests; Telegram handles bot interactions; Country handles website country lookup. Hosting and email providers process information needed for the service and communication. Their policies apply and processing may occur outside your country. Necessary disclosure may follow a binding legal request or lawful protection of rights and safety.

حذف بيانات دعاء العهدDua Al-Ahd deletion

يحفظ اختيار حفظ الشهادة صورة PNG باسم المستلم وتاريخ الإتمام في Pictures/Dua Al-Ahd ويفتح عارض الصور بإذن مؤقت للصورة فقط. لا نقرأ مكتبة صورك. يُطلب إذن الكتابة عند الحفظ فقط في Android 7 إلى 9؛ لا يلزم للحفظ في الإصدارات الأحدث. قد تنسخ خدمة صورك الاحتياطية الصورة خارج الهاتف. يمكنك تعديل الملف والإعدادات والعدادات من التطبيق. لحذف الحساب استخدم الإعدادات ← الحساب والمزامنة ← حذف الحساب، مع إعادة تأكيد الهوية. يشمل الحذف حساب Firebase والملف السحابي ونسخ القراءة وسجل القائمة والنشاط المرتبط بالحساب، ويُمسح الملف والتقدّم المحليان على الجهاز الذي نفّذ الحذف. امسح البيانات المخزنة على أجهزتك الأخرى وصور الاستديو بنفسك. حذف التطبيق وحده لا يحذف الحساب السحابي. قد تبقى نسخ احتياطية معزولة ومحمية لدى المزوّد أو الخدمة إلى حين انتهاء الاحتفاظ التشغيلي، ولا تُستخدم للمزامنة اليومية. يحتفظ الخادم التشغيلي بالنشاط اليومي لمدة لا تتجاوز 90 يوماً وبسجل إداري مختصر للحماية. دون فتح التطبيق، أرسل طلب حذف من بريد الحساب إلى MohammedReza@rayzatech.site؛ لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق.

Saving a certificate creates a PNG with the recipient name and completion date in Pictures/Dua Al-Ahd, then opens a viewer with temporary access to that image only. We do not read your photo library. Storage write permission is requested only on Android 7–9 when saving; newer versions do not require it. Your photo backup service may sync the image. Edit your profile, preferences and counters in the app. Delete your account in Settings → Account and synchronization → Delete account, with identity re-verification. Deletion covers Firebase authentication, cloud profile, reading backups, legacy ranking and linked activity, and clears profile/progress on the device performing deletion. Clear other devices’ cached data and exported gallery images separately. Uninstalling alone does not delete the cloud account. Isolated protected provider/service backups may remain until operational retention ends and are not used for daily synchronization. Detailed activity in the active server database is retained for up to 90 days, with a minimal administrative security log. Without the app, email a deletion request from your registered address to MohammedReza@rayzatech.site. Never send passwords or verification codes.

يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على البيانات المرتبطة بك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر البريد أو بوت الدعم. اذكر الخدمة ومعرّفك فيها دون إرسال كلمة مرور. قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ. حذف سجل من أنظمتنا لا يضمن حذف النسخ التي يحتفظ بها تيليجرام أو مستلم آخر؛ تُدار تلك النسخ عبر المنصة نفسها.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of records associated with you. Specify the service and your identifier, without sending a password. Ownership may need verification. Deletion from our systems does not guarantee deletion of copies held by Telegram or another recipient; those copies are managed through the platform.

There is no single retention period: account, operational and support records may remain until deletion or the end of their purpose; download caches follow the cleanup described above. We do not promise instant removal from every backup or provider system. When handling your request, we explain what can be removed and any legitimate operational or legal retention.

Secure connections where supported, account verification and administrative access controls help protect access. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share sign-in credentials or send bots material you do not want the service or support operator to receive. Report suspected unauthorised access or misuse.

على القاصر استخدام الخدمات بإشراف وليّه وبما يناسب عمره، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات العمر والموافقة لدى المنصات والقوانين المعمول بها. لا ترسل بيانات طفل أو صورته إلى الدعم أو البوتات دون حاجة وإذن مناسب. وأي عودة لخدمات موالي الصغير التي تتعامل مع بيانات الأطفال تحتاج إلى توضيح سياسة تلك المعالجة قبل استخدامها.

Minors should use services with guardian supervision appropriate to their age and follow applicable platform and legal age or consent requirements. Do not send a child’s information or photo to support or bots without need and appropriate permission. Any return of Mowali Al-Sagheer features handling children’s data requires a clear notice before use.

Features may be interrupted for maintenance or change with third-party availability. Religious content and displayed prayer times do not replace consultation of appropriate religious sources or accepted local timings when needed. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
